CL2-WIN15 is being slow, very high cpu usage possibly some abuse, we are checking it and may have to reboot if not resolved shortly as it is hard to do anything right now on it.
We had to shut it down hard and turn back on, it wasn't frozen up, but too slow to even respond properly to shutdown requests in a timely manner. it is up and working properly now.
