One of the drives on RAID dropped and was screeching, it was being so slow that it caused the server to reboot then not respond at the raid seek and hang up. We are going ahead and replacing the drive while it is down and will be up shortly.
The tech pulled the keyboard out of the server and it self rebooted with that. Ugh. it is back up now it rebooted quickly but we will start a migration process to Windows 2008 R2 tonight, it is in need we can easily tell.
