Win16 network not responding - Resolved

It is not a hardware issue, it seems there is some attack on it, the server being a hardware node has a lower network threshold for amount of usage allowed on the switch port. I am going to raise that a bit now to try to track down the abuse that is causing this network problem.
 
This is in good control now not lost a packet in over 30 min except when I changed networks.
