Win18, IIS stopped for urgent maintenance

IIs is being stopped on win18 for an urgent maintenance.

Approx 20-30 minutes outage may be possible as we check and correct an issue in IIS settings.

We have started IIS services, and all is up now and for quite a while back as well.
