I decided it would be best to reboot, pages started loading before the reboot but were on the extreme slow side, win2 has been stable and fast for quite some time now, so this was something thatis short lived and hopefully a reboot will fix it.
IIS is now down to only the "slightly slow" side, and I am monitoring it further for the next few minutes. This will be the last post unless improvements do not happen.
