We were finishing up maintenance for tonight with the final server reboot and it did not come up on reboot. We are not having any success from KVM (can't see anything) and have a tech on the way to the datacenter now. Will update here as we work on it. This occurred during the maintenance window.

And we are up now, moved KVM ports, and had to reboot because it was just a black screen. I am going to look in logs and see what was going on here, if it had gone to chkdsk.

The server went into chkdsk on reboot as it turns out, we are a bit baffled at this as we checked to ensure it would not before rebooting (just a good practice). The KVM cables had come disconnected possibly through some micro vibrations, so it was not working. We had another open port and cable there and swapped them just to be sure as well while onsite.
