We have tried the most likely replacement with the memory and the errors are continuing to happen on win3 randomly.

We now must replace the motherboard and CPU on this server to be sure to provide the best available services.

This upgrade will be performed in about 30 minutes from now and i will aim to keep the outage as short as possible during the hardware change.

The new server is up, I simply took our hotspare system and put the HD in and configured the RAID array the same, and we are up and running the only difference in the two is that this one has 200mhz more speed on each CPU.
