From today onward any DSN changes will need to be done via ticket.
The Control Panel is corrupting the DSN XML file and making database connectivity unreliable. We can not have sites going down because of a user adding or editing a DSN for CF in the control panel. We know that the stability is important to you as well, and this method of creating or modifying DSNs via ticket is the best way to insure stability.
