WinCF - HTTP 500 - Internal server error

I have recently setup a plan that included ColdFusion on WinCF server. If I try to get a .cfm page I get the HTTP 500 error.

Did I setup the plan correctly or Is there a server Issue?

I set the ColdFusion to Include and Active. Is there more to it than that?
