WinCF4 - maintennace reboot

WinCF4 needs a maintenance reboot as IIS is not starting properly after CF got hung on processing.
It has just been rebooted.
 
Even though a proper reboot was issued it went into chkdsk on the reboot, and I tried to skip it, but it would not skip.
