Windows Servers, several no working well, SAN degraded/not working right

We're investigating an issue with the SAN backend, we're seeing some network degraded and it's impacting some servers availability.

Updated on Facebook and forgot to update here, issue has been resolved for a number of hours now, the network degraded to a point the SAN links were not responsive.
