WinVPS Billing

I refer to RS #GUW-30666-154. I've not received a reply yet.

I've just paid $69.95 for the old WinVPS Silver plan FROM (6/20/07 - 7/20/07).

The new WinVPS Silver plan started from 6/22/07 and the new price should be $39.95 + $10 (Unlimited Domains Plesk). So I've overpaid by $69.95 - ($39.95 + $10 ) = $20 right?

Billing is looking into this for you. The new plans and old plans are NOT the same, the hardware is different, the servers are different.

however you have been migrated to the new platform and your bill should be less, anything extra will be credited back to you by billing after they have processed it.
