WinVPS1 urgent reboot

WinVPS1 has one hung VPS and requires an urgent reboot.

There are less VPSes running on WinVPS1 than there were in the past as we have migrated some off to newer plans and servers, so the reboot should not take very long about 8-10 minutes for each VPS.
 
This reboot has not been done yet it will be done within the next 5-10 minutes, I am doing a little prep work as well.
