WinVPS10 license has expired unexpectedly and we are checking on it. We are working to get a renewed license from Parallels on urgent basis, and will have the VPSes up shortly.
All will be up in about 5 minutes, while it was down due to license issue I went ahead and did virtuozzo and windows updates as well, and the licenses issue is resolved, and server is rebooting now.
