winVPS3 slow

This has been better for some time now, just some sporadic issues, and we are still working to resolve, it is due to network traffic on one VPS.
 
This is happening again, someone has a trojan on their PC using huge amounts of bandwidth, we are working at top priority to stop this, the VPS will be stopped in the next 5 minutes.
 
The VPS is now DOWN, and AV scan being run while it is offline, which allows open files to be cured, and a more complete scan. We attempted to stop the files responsible alone and they kept coming back.
