ok I have it rebooted now, but yesterday I removed some trojans and virii from a machine, just 45 minutes ago I had checked it to ensure it was still clean, and it looked to be, but in the last 45 minutes I had stepped away and it got reinfected making abuses on the server and taking it down.
It will be back up within a few moments and this VPS will have a notice sent that if it happens again it will have to be terminated.

We have found the core of the issue here and it was not a trojan on a VPS, but a virtual hard drive having error needing a chkdsk, we have mailed the client to setup a schedule for this within the next 24 hours, we hope it occur BEFORE problem can happen again on the whole node.
