WinVPS4 iis pages not loading, emergency reboot

WinVPS4 IIS has stopped loading on page requests for all VPSes, this is a very odd condition only happening once before.

It is now being rebooted at the hardware node to resolve this, all VPSes will be down up to 15 minutes during this time.
 
all are started now, only a few services still to launch on a small number of the VPSes.

We are investigating how such can happen again, there was an error making any connection to port 80 get continually reset, if we learn more details we will post it here.
 
It looks like there is one users VPS that has not started and is giving blue screens. By the early analysis it looks like an attempt at downloading updates from MS Windows Update has happened to cause this. We are mailing them and hopefully will get some reply shortly.
