The power is off and will not come on from any means we have tried.
it looks possibly like a power supply issue. I am across town about 10 miles and it is rush hour, ETA of 30-45minutes for bringing it up.
There are about 6-8 VPS down with this, and we are working to bring it back up ASAP.

The server is UP, along with all VPSes
The button had to be pushed physically, we are trying to find out why the remote settings did not restart it properly, as it thought the last status of it was 'off' so it did not come up from the remote command.
