We have one client VPS that is down and causing high usage from rebooting with all RAM used.
This is causing higher than normal CPU use as Virtuozzo tries to continually unlock the VPS.
In order to resolve this we will reboot the hardware node just shortly before the network maintenance that is due tonight.
This will result in about 10 minutes time during the reboot that the VPSes are not running.
