Getting this error message when installing Wordpress on a Windows server (Win4, new cluster).

Failed loading C:\Program Files\Zend\Optimizer\lib\ZendExtensionManager.dll PHP Warning: Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\PHP\extensions\php_gd2.dll' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0
 
that is not the proper path for extensions on the new cluster, sounds like you have pulled a php.ini copy off another domain on cluster1 and using it on this one. PHP is in c:\hpshere.net\3rdparty\xxxxxxxx

You can submit a ticket to support for exact path as it varies by which version you are using on your domain.
