.NET blog software questions

I have been looking at various ASP.NET blog software and the vast majority require NETWORK SERVICE to have read/write to the App_Data directory or the root depending on which one you're using. Will this work with Jodo's security configuration?

What are some recommended blogging apps that are .NET based on can run on Jodo's shared windows servers?

Anyone have some opinions to share about any of these? I've looked at BlogEngine and I like it. It has a lot of options and can be either used with an XML or SQL backend.

I ended up using simpleblog for my purposes and it worked well :)

+1 for BlogEngine.

I've been playing around with it and it looks very, very interesting. I might just switch my WordPress install over to this.

I would like to install BlogEngine in a "/blog" directory off of my root. I'm assuming all I need to do is submit a ticket to request that this directory be converted to a .net application, correct?

thanks,

That should work.
