mySQL error

"Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit"

is what I get with a recent account i setup and try to use the database.

I have no issues with older databases on servers i setup a while ago..

at first i thought it was my code, or the way i setup the database, but i dont think it is anymore..

maybe someone could help me.

Send a ticket we'll check it there is a mysql bug that can make this and we can do a workaround.

send via email based on email address on this page:

http://jodohost.com/help.asp

you may want to mention about tickets not showing as well, there are sometimes errors we have to correct in that. the ticket showing issue will take longer to fix than MySQL showing warning :)

they replied once to my email asking me what domain, but that is where the communication stopped. I still have no idea why my code isn't working with the same code as on my other account.

it is a php mysql driver dll issue, it isn't a code issue, likely the other server dll has already been fixed(basically you have to go back to old version, the new one doens't work)

what is the ticket number?

Domain name was not mentioned in ticket. We need domain name to check it further.

i sent a reply email with the domain name..

I'm just going to move the domain name to my other account. I cant hold off anymore.

We can fix it in a matter of minutes, but we have to know the server, sorry you are having the issue, it doesn't actually affect anything but it does show up. It needs to be fixed so others don't have it as well, but we need to know which server it is on.

so i put the domain on the same account my original database and domain are on...

used the exact same files as my original. And it still doesnt work.
I also made a another third level domain. And the connection doesnt work.

If these domains are all on the same account, they can all use the same database right??
Are new domains created on different servers?

oh and how do you get www. to work, because only http:// works

you are running into dns cache now, you can try to flush your dns cache. but can you please just tell us the server/s?! I am not trying to make this complex, we need to know the servers to fix it however. just TELL us, do it here even. look in ftp section and it will say 'winX' we need to know which, also need to know if it is cluster1 or clsuter2.

PM me your domain, I will look it up, we have so many means on contact, this doesn't have to be so hard. I am not trying to sound rude, but this is really a 1-2 min fix we just need you to get us the URL so you we can see the error, and we will make the fix.

Should be fixed up now, thanks for PM will work out ticket problem you are having there as well :)

you had a custom php.ini in one and not the other, that is the php control file, it was slightly off on one parameter on the 2nd one, and not included in the first. I have copied a uniform php.ini across both and both work properly.
I replied to you in PM as well, feel free to edit your post if you do not want domains listed.
