There appears to be a serious problem with my control panel. I can't modify my DNS records!!! There are no links to even allow me to do this.
The domain that I'm working with is my reseller, service domain: tallpinetree.com
There are no links to allow me to:
"Add DNS A Record"
or "...
opps. While I've been set up as a reseller for a couple of years now and have three whole customers, I have barely learned the infrastructure.
Thanks
Tony
I may not have done it correctly. I submitted a ticket from my Control Panel in my Administrative Account.
The following is a cut-and-paste of what it shows me:

Can CP (or mail lists under CP) be configured so that a group email list will respond to the group rather than just the author of the email message when "reply to" is selected in the email client software? If so, how does one go about doing this?
thanks
Tony
Thanks for the prompt reply. I know this isn't a Jodo issue, but I'm having problems with my DNS registrar where I can only get ns and ns2 to show up. I get errors when I enter ns3 and ns4. However, when I ping ns3 and ns4 they resolve properly (as do ns and ns2). So since I can only "see" ns...
In the emanager for the DNS names, listed are:
ns.mydomain.com
ns2.mydomain.com
ns3.mydomain.com
ns4.mydomain.com
The documentation says to use ns3 and ns4 for accounts created after Aug 2005. What I would like to know is can ns and ns2 be used as well?
Thanks
Tony
I too found that article in their support service area. That is exactly what I've done to create ns. and ns2. however, every time I try to create ns3. or ns4. I get error messages.

I have found how to create child name servers in planet domain (once you know, it is rather simple). However, I've only been able to create ns.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com. I haven't been able to get it to create ns3.mydomain.com or ns4.mydomain.com. It keeps feeding me back an error. If...

Hi, I'm a new Jodo customer as of today and I've just begun to set up a reseller light account following the step-by-step guide, which is a great help as I'm quite ignorant of many of the finer details involved in doing this. I have reached a spot where I am stuck. I have sucessfully followed...
