Mail Lists

Can CP (or mail lists under CP) be configured so that a group email list will respond to the group rather than just the author of the email message when "reply to" is selected in the email client software? If so, how does one go about doing this?

I may not have done it correctly. I submitted a ticket from my Control Panel in my Administrative Account.

The following is a cut-and-paste of what it shows me:

New Unassigned Support Tickets
Id Title Priority Created Last Mod. Type State Pick Up

I think that may just send a tt to me!

I have just done a tt through Jodo's site. So it should be there now.

yes you are correct before you had just sent a ticket to yourself from end user to reseller admin :)
 
opps. While I've been set up as a reseller for a couple of years now and have three whole customers, I have barely learned the infrastructure.
