Can anyone help me with this. I only have 1 mx record, so if the mail server is down are we losing email? Getting a bit worried now.

In an announcement Yash stated: Resellers must first create the mail2.yourdomain.com alias from Reseller Admin CP > E.Manager > Server Aliases. In my admin panel I can see an option to add an alias, what am I doing wrong? Cheers, David

OK, what about the various bits and pieces that arnt on jodohost that are coming into the pop box?

Ok I think I confused the issue somewhat by mentioning the seperate 'shared hosting account' as it is pretty much irrelevant so i'll rephrase. I have a reseller account with jodohost. On one of the domains on the reseller account I have set the primary mx record to point to an SMTP server...

Any more thoughts on this anyone?

I hope someone can help with this. I have 1 MX record pointing at my smtp server with a priority of 5, and the second built in record with priority 10 pointing at jodohosts pop server. Most mail sent to the domain goes to the correct place, the smtp server. But some does not, for instance...
