Thanks Yash, but what I am talking about is the Message Trailer that I, as a list administrator, can attach to a every message that goes out. It contains unsubscribe and help information, sort of like a footer.

When I send an email using web mail then the trailer message is attached to the message. When I send a message to the list from my mail client, Outlook, then for some reason it does not attach the trailer message. Any ideas?
