I was on chat w/ tech support last night at 12:30am - and - she told me it was just a propogation issue but things are worse this morning than yesterday.

Please can someone send me these mass emails? I'm a reseller and have not received any notices - now my only email working is [email protected] I don't have a junk / spam folder

Please - I need help too - I never received the mass email - is there something I'm suppose to do on my end??????? My emails aren't working - so the only one I can receive on is [email protected]. I can't get into my cp either.

Re: IP migration completed, however some control panel URLs may take some time to res all of my websites are still down since yesterday afternoon - now I can't get my email. I'm not getting any mass emails either. My customers are freaked through the roof now. I've put through 2 trouble...

I have it set up on a couple of client's windows sites but neither uses it there - it was a very simple process for me as in one of the easier packages to set up. Oh, but you will have to watch the number of messages being sent - I needed a waiver for one customer.

I am moving some customers from their own cp to my cp since they don't use it. I was told I need to back up their emails before I shut down their cp - is there a package (hopefully open source), to easily download their emails before migrating them? Thanks. Michelle

I had to set up a linux server because I want to install Insoshi which runs on Ruby on Rails - so, I'm lost - how do I run a command - where is the command prompt git clone git://github.com/insoshi/insoshi.git I know where it is on my ubuntu machines - but no clue here :-) Color me dense.

I have a customer that is using a joomla extension and needs this? Do I submit a trouble ticket? I have no idea what it is.

My customer has not had reports updated since March 9th.

On a customer's cp it shows the disk quota as 844.55 out of 2000 used - but when I go to my reseller CP, the disk usage report only shows 284.33. So, if I'm trying to keep track of what everyone uses, am I safe in adding up the reseller report each day? And, is there anything on the reseller...

according to tech support: one application pool was hanging IIS So what does this mean? He said it's not anything I'm doing wrong, but nearly every domain I host uses a db app.
