Yes I do have an open ticket. They keep telling me that I cannot create domain that someone else uses. I have explained that it is my domain and that this my first account with JH.
So what would I need to prove to the sales Dept that the domain is mine.?
OK so I have found out what the problem is.
The domain which I have owned since 2001 is under someone else's account.
That should not be, they stated it was added in 2004 but this is my first account with Jodohost....hmm
I have a domain that is currently at another webhost that I want to move to Jodohost. I went into HSphere and went to "other domain name registration and transfer". I already changed the DNS settings at my registrar, but HSphere keeps telling me this "Failed to add Domain mydomain.com
