That's because I paid another $8.50 this morning to get ths site back up, even though I knew it was a mistake. I'm not interested in what any website says, I want to be able to pull up www.litewaveltddev.com and see my website. Until then, it's not fixed.

My domain name, which was registered through Jodo in January 2005, was expired for some unknown reason. I received an email from Jodo early this morning saying it expired and gave me instructions on how to renew it. I renewed it so I could get the site back up, but it's still down. Yogesh...

?( How can I reopen the ticket? Is there a ticket interface where I can enter my ticket number and check the status or is it done entirely by email? Do I just have to enter a new ticket and reference my original? I didn't realize this ticket was closed.
