Having the same problem with my domain. emails stopped coming in sometime last night. I reset the MX record and it's still happening. Emails come in intermittently and now I'm getting delivery delayed messages.

I have a ticket open requesting a copy of my php.ini but have not heard anything from them. I've responded to the initial ticket (JH #EIO-36276-840) with no success. Anyway you could help. Thanks

This is weird since the control panel is working for a different account.

The problem was resolved. I deleted the existing defaul MX record and restored it again.That fixed the problem. Thanks

Same thing here. Have you tried doing a MX record lookup on dnsstuff.com? Looks like my MX record is gone. This is on DNS server ns4.jodoshared.com and my email server is mail6.jodoshared.com This is not good.

I deleted the files 2 weeks ago. I thought that maybe it would reset at the end of the billing cycle.

My control panel is showing 1.3GB of used space and it won't change even after I delete 850MB of files. i think it's stuck. Is this normal? As far as I know, I should have only 300MB in used disk space. Any thoughts?

Has anyone had problems with the directory indexes config? It doesn't seem to be working for me when default pages reside in sub-directories. I tried the format directory/index.php but it doesn't work. Any ideas?
