Were any of the servers down last night, my monitoring service gave me three outages last night, one about 30 min, the second only about 5 and the thrid was about 80 min. What happened?

Could the update have been done at a later time to avoid downtime during the early evening? I realize that the downtime was unexpected, but shouldn't your plan to an update always include the chance that there will be problems? Just curious as to how you decide when to do an update?

Why was Win5 down last night for almost 2 hours?

The Password page is a HSphere page, it has some funky code in it. Did you copy all of the code, or did you just use the form code?

The perl file that is used is called secmail.pl and references a file called secmail_lib.pl. The lib file is stored above my root folder on the server so I have no way to open it and find out any more information on it. If you are aware of anything that is named similarily it would help.

The lost host used a Perl component, I'm not sure what it was called though. It may have been their own custom script.

Yash You are making this PGP email script very difficult for me. Do you have PGP command line installed on any of your servers? What about pgpmail (a perl script)?

What version of JMail is installed on the servers, is it the free version or the professional version?

You may also want to check with your ISP, there are a few that are starting to implement blocking ports that people use to send/receive mail and host their own websites and FTP.
