    Mail3 isn't on any blacklist that I know of right now. To me, it looks like this mail server or receiver has its own ACL setup that is rejected email from your domain/user I'll check it up

    we are getting flooded with spam on the ticket system. the filtering is necessary. However, I increased the threshold and will be monitoring it even more closely now.

    A very small fraction of tickets get caught up. Our ticket system is being hit with a flood of spam and hence a few tickets are getting filtered. If its happening regularly for one of your customers, please email helpline and we'll whitelist them. I've increased the spam threshold as well...

    I found your two tickets, they were marked as spam by our spam filtering system. I whitelisted your user permanently. Hopefully, shouldn't have more issues On average, a couple of user tickets get caught up in the spam filter due to the nature of their content. We receive close to 80 tickets a day.

    I've honestly not seen any such issue with ebay or paypal. I receive my paypal emails just fine, and jodohost.com gets alot of paypal emails each day without issue. With regards to the filter, please open a ticket regarding that. What you can also do is white-list those specific paypal or ebay...

    the ticket system isn't slow. We have close to 100 tickets submitted each day, and 99% of them come in fine. Seems either your ticket is getting caught up in the spamfilter or is not getting assigned to your account. Can you PM me the email address you send tickets from.

    The issue is that your tickets aren't reaching our ticket system because either the way you frame your email or the email address itself are getting flagged as spam. Please continue to email [email protected] with your ticket ids if they haven't still shown up and we'll work to fix this...

    we have no limits on attachments. As long as you don't use email to push pirated software, you'll be ok :) We have never so far notified a customer for email abuse, large accounts or large attachments. You really won't hear from us unless your email accounts are causing problems on the server...

    200 to 500MB is more than acceptable.. Really, as long as you are downloading your email regularly, we won't say anything. If you are storing a massive archive of 1GB or 2GB of email for over a year, then you may hear from us.
