mail3 blacklisted?

An email sent from an online app bounced back, and in the bounce was the following message:
Code:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail3.m****here.biz.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<*****@*******.com.au>: 203.20.160.18 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 553 <****@*****.net.au>:
Sender address rejected: ACL from_senders_bw
Giving up on 203.20.160.18.

I read that from_senders_bw means that the failure was caused by the sending server being on a blacklist.

Can anyone from JH confirm this, and that efforts are underway to remove mail3 from any blacklist if that is indeed the problem?

Thanks!

Mail3 isn't on any blacklist that I know of right now.
To me, it looks like this mail server or receiver has its own ACL setup that is rejected email from your domain/user

I'll check it up

Thanks Yash. That might well be the case, as I just noticed that all bounces with that error came from recipients in the same domain: stvincents.com.au

In that case, I guess we have to contact them in order to have the sender domain whitelisted?
