Emails from hotmail and gmail are coming in within 20 minutes right now to mail1.
Internal emails from within a domain however are being delayed. External emails from any other domain are coming in fine, slightly delayed as mentioned.

OK, at best a ticket shouldn't be delayed for more than 10min. The reason I am seeing for any further delays is that sometimes the email takes a bit more time to be processed at the external anti spam mail filtering system we are using

As for the slow interface issue, I realised I didn't update the interfaces for reseller helpdesks... I just did that and if you submitted a ticket via that interface...

Its a general spam issue. Many hosts and servers are being hit by new spam attacks. if the inbuilt spam system is not catching all spam, I suggest looking at a commercial filtering solution.

if you submitted a ticket 9 hours ago, and it didn't show up, that it most likely got trapped in a spam filter. Simply resend it or come to live chat.

That was most likely some sort of cache... 204.14.107.1 isnt listed right now. If it was listed, our system would have changed the outgoing IP automatically within 5 minutes.
Please simply resend that email and it should be delivered
