How about incresing the credit limit on reseller accounts? Maybe after 3 or 6 months of seeing that we are reliable payers? $10 credit on the ValueHost is only 2 annual signups (CP license fee) or the anon support fee and easy to be looked over. Thanks Greg

If the clients don't need access to a control panel then you could go for the reseller litehost option and run unlimited domains under a single CP. You then set up the email addresses etc for each domain and provide the customer with logons (webmail and POP) We took out a litehost account...

Beyondhost.net - nice looking site, but took around 20 seconds to load everything in for me (UK, 2mb). Also (and someone confirm this) you have the whole site as images which will prevent search engine spiders crawling?

the page loaded within a couple of seconds for me too (in the UK).. but it continued to download artwork for a further 10 seconds or so... too much on there IMHO. Thanks Greg

That's what I thought you were talking about, which is why I replied saying I didn't know Jodo did offer that to Resellers customers. Can someone from Jodo confirm if you do offer Live Chat support to Reseller customers?? If so, how do you go about getting it set up and what are the costs...
