Doesn't IE include some sort of functionality to treat an FTP site like a local disk? I might be mistaken.

My site just stopped working, submitted ticket 37935 (through CP), server pings but site doesn't come up (server unavailable error or clocking). problem started at 6:00 PM EDT (was fine at 5:59 PM EDT). EDIT: Tried live chat but no one home :-(

That is true, however as anyone who has been a vicitim in something like this, closing your account and getting a new account and card can be a major pain and it's understandable why anyone would take measures to ensure that they don't need to go through this, including not providing their card...
