    Ah, I see. If I understand this correctly, I must allow for the SSL component, then make it dedicated IP and then Magento will work? Is there a help file on this you could point me to? Also, is there a price list - I assume that having SSL and dedicated IP will incur extra fees? Thanks!

    Hi, One of my reseller clients is having lots of mail returned with the following message: Is this a problem with their email setup? Their SMTP setup? Or with the destination for their emails (they mostly get returned from mail.ru). Any help appreciated, Cheers!

    But they all point to my DNS domain which I assume must be an alias. I can't see any reference to any server.

    I think I'm missing something here. I went to the FTP section and the only obvious things I can see related to this are: Group settler Host Name win1.arathra.net As far as I can tell the mail section and the mysql section have no indication of which server I'm on.
