SMTP error message help

Hi,

One of my reseller clients is having lots of mail returned with the following message:

<[email protected]>:
Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1) I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

Is this a problem with their email setup? Their SMTP setup? Or with the destination for their emails (they mostly get returned from mail.ru).

Any help appreciated,

One of my client also have the same problam.
I open a ticket about a week ago and exchaing mails with the support but up to now, the problam is still exist.
 
Hello here.

I'm trying to configure my e-mail client. I'm using Outlook 2007
I'm using my e-mail address as a login and my password.
When I test the configuration I can log onto incomint mail server (POP3).
But when I try to send test message I fail with following message: "None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server." (I set SMTP authentication).

Any ideas?..
 
The problem was solved with kindly help of JodoHost support!
Some server reconfiguration was performed.
