Ok i cant get my ftp login to work i just reset the password to amke sure that wasn't stored wrong, but i still cant login via ftp. When i tried to submit a ticket also it would just refresh the page with all my info still there. and never shows up as an active ticket

Im trying to access my ftp but iuts not letting me logon in win6, I know im using the right user & pw but still giving me 530, user cannont login
