    problems like this appears after a while if you have changed settings in windows and installed lots of programs.. if possible, I would recommend you to reinstall windows..

    hmmmm.. thanks for the advice, but its a pain in the ass to download between 45 and 170 mb with 64k ISDN too.. but ill try to get a copy of SP3, and see how it works..

    don't even think about deleting the user in hsphere.. then your database will be wiped away too.. i think you can edit the database in em and set new user there and delete the old one.. but take a backup of your database first, in case something goes wrong

    the hosting, domain and forum accounts are three seperated accounts.. i think theres something wrong with PHP+email on windows servers, so that's the reason why you don't get any emails

    you are probably on Win1, 2 or 4, which is on another network than the sql server, which means it will be a network lag.. submit a ticket and ask if they can move your site to the new datacenter (win5 and soon some other servers i think)

    i have seen lots of users over at WWF complaining on the 1 and 1 service (btw, it's a german company) i would recommend you to change host for your domain.
