    Tried the IP's and its Invalid TLD. It can find my original Name Servers.

    Ok, the email makes no sense. All I do is put in NS.MYDOMAINNAME.NET. I do not put in IP's where I buy my domains. So shouldn't my domains still work?

    it had something to do with IP changes. Naturally, since I don't use them for DNS, I didn't think I had an issue. I was wrong and now can't get help. Their phone and live chat is no help and none of my help desk tickets are showing up. I put one of those tickets in last nite when my email quit...

    mine arent working and your LIVE support isnt helping...I do not use ip addresses for my DNS, but they stopped working too.

    I never got emailed either nor is any of my sites or emails working. Nor is tech support by phone or live chat WILLING to help. The inability to get help on why every single server I use for customers are down in the middle of the week, if I need to do anything to help get those back up (DNS)...
