Yesterday we began a routine rebuild on one of the vps nodes, several hours ago a client requested a reboot which hung up the on rebooting. We found the rebuild is also hung at 99% complete since this time another vps is hanging.
We will be performing an emergency scheduled reboot this evening to resolve this which may include 1 to 3 reboots for complete resolution including Windows updates.
