We have created a CSR as below for a client but they are unable to get a new SSL certificate with it because they must now be 2048 characters long?
How do we generate a 2048 character long CSR as all of ours are 1024 from HSphere?
Disable, then re-enable SSL, then generate a new CSR, key and temp file.
I did … and it generated a1024 file
is the RSA key that makes it 24 bit?
It should be 2048 bit when you re-generated it. Can you please create a support ticket with your new CSR?
