supports looks VERY slow lately, anything wrong?

I looked at your ticket, and really it is not so much slow support as ongoing issue, your webalizer isn’t generating on this particular site.

We will have to check this in depth and get ticket submitted to psoft about it as it is happening over and over still on yours.
