I tell you, if these review sites can’t monitor us correctly they need to not do it.
Just FYI Jodo and my company are showing both 581 minutes down time for the month of October. I know this in no where true and very bad as we are have both dropped to 99.84% uptime stat. I will just take off the uptime info off my site.

EXACTLY! Yash We did good in October and do good every month. I think you guys did maintaince one weekend in October that maybe caused 2-5 minutes downtime if that.
Yes this is the link. This is very excessive and showing only 1 outage. My account shows the exact downtime amount.
I shot them off an email. I can do a few things to make them listen/act

They replied to my E-mail and said the time will be corrected around 3:00am upon their refresh. You will hopefully get a reply as well.
I saw that 581 minutes and I had to look twice, I thought I didn’t have enought coffee. HA HA HA

jodohost.com sadly had about 15 minute outage last night but it was not any of the shared/reseller servers. That was the first I know of other than a scheduled maintenance on a few servers.
Yep, outages are not common at JODO, even when maintenance is done. ;),
When I saw my time I went to JODO page and it was exactly the same so I knew something got screwed up.
Maybe we firewalled them I don’t think so, but we have firewalled out some IPs for some major abuse recently.
I don’t think so either. Remember couple months ago I told you this happen on my account their, but not this large amount of a error. I never said anything to them because it wasn’t to high, but after 3 days it went to 0 minuted for August.
I think their system is some what goofy sometimes and reads wrong and corrects itself after few days or so… :rolleyes:

Yep I agree its buggy and happens alot then corrects itself. I like thier website setup more then most of the others.
I won’t use Host Assured it took them over 8 months to approve me they said they were behind (Whatever). I don’t want to over do my site with to many review sites so stick with only 3. To many confuses people and they will spend more time on review sites then your site LOL.
I like webhostjury also, they are good.

But even with maintenance windows 581 minutes was WAYYYYYYY more than happened, maintenance window was and is only minutes.
Heh, I am not trying to argue here That is 9.683 hours. … … actually, that is huge … they must of made a mistake somewhere.
I am sure it don’t matter network outages or maintaince outages, I would guess their system reads both the same as a outage.
Yes it was a foul up they have corrected my and Jodo accounts.
