64.71.235.251 downtime

I have had my sites down on 64.71.235.251 a lot over the past few days.

When I complained about it in live chat yesterday, I was told “It is not a big deal. It is only network issues”.

Does anybody have any information about 64.71.235.251 and downtime?

I cannot afford to have downtime. Especially every day.

(if a server is not reachable for network issues or server issues, it is down)

There has no server down. Due to Error in BGP some part are facing no connectivity.

What steps are being taken to resolve this issue.

Not reachable=not reachable. If a site is not reachable..the site is down.

This is not our side problem. We are waiting for details. As soon as we get it, we will update forum.

The problem persists with my sites on that IP.

Down again. Ticket has been open for hours.

The server was down only for a few minutes, we will be doing a quick maintenance on it in the next 36 hours to change a stick of RAM, but the server was not even close to down for hours.

That is correct. The server has only been down for 20-30 minutes at a time for many times over the past week.

I was speaking of my ticket not being addressed.

Each time that I have complained this week I was told that it is “network problems”.
It is nice to hear that someone is considering looking at the server itself. (have had problems with this server since Feb 10)

Changed the RAM…been up solid every since then.
