A friend of mine was just signing up for a Reseller account, turned to me and said, “I think their signup page is broken!”
I looked at it, and it did indeed look blank, apart from the “You have chosen to sign up for …” text at the top. Then I remembered the “Next” button was usually way down in the bottom right hand corner. I pointed this out, and the response was, “wow, that’s hard to spot, I didn’t even know there was anything else on the page!”
So just a suggestion… the “Next” button at least used to be blue, so you could spot it, but now it’s pale grey and on a large screen all you see is a big blank page. Not sure if you can edit the template for those pages, but it might be worth looking into it, if some people think it’s broken. (She has a comp sci degree too!)
