A network....blip [InterNAP went down, BGP rerouted, then InterNAP returned]

There was a moment of about 3 minutes where the network usage did not go totally out, but WAY down and both offices were unable to connect.

It is all back now but we are checking what caused this.

ok it looks like InterNAP went down, making BGP go a bit haywire for a moment and we are on backup connections now.

And now InterNAP is back up.

Going to close this out, it looks like InterNAP posted an IOS update but we did not get the broadcast mail.
when they went down it made BGP flap and have to route around them, this took about 2-3 minutes, which is a bit longer than it should have really. Then about 12 minutes later Internap came back up and we were linked up fully again.
