A positive post :)

Just wanted to say I am liking the really proactive things going on at JH lately - hardware upgrades, improvements to mail, antispam and other stuff.

Most of what is posted by us here are problems of course, but I just wanted to post something we all do feel I’m sure, whenever we get those notifications of upgrades and moves to improve services that are coming thick and fast lately.

Just to suggest again.. it would be easier to comment positively or just say “thanks” if replying was allowed in the anouncements forum - might give you guys more to read than just the usual support posts.

Anyways, cred for the good work, it’s much appreciated!

[edit] I remember the first thing I suggested when I joined up was more smilies in the forums and - bam - there they were. Now that’s what I call service! lol :babybath:

watch out ducks can kill!:whoo:

more coming soon

yea right … new hardware with new software configurations …
my sites on web6 didn’t have any problem with previous server configuration … but now … i’m getting so many problems … arghhh

I hate to find out errors on sites that I have and have to make tickets … when they can just fix it on server wide config …

cc9,

It has nothing to do with web6 change, it is mod_security as another topic went over. mod_security is a requirement in todays age of defacements and hacking, people don’t upgrade their apps so it hurts everyone, we have to take steps at server side to stop the attacks.
