Is it possible to access oracle db from php /oracle db is not at jodo only php files will be here/ -on windows or linux servers?

I don’t believe it will be possible as it requires the oracle framework to be installed and we have not done that in over 1.5 years.
We can enable the php_oracle driver on windows, but to my recollection it requires the configuration of the oracle driver set before it will work still
